Butech Bliss offers the latest in heavy gauge, well designed cut to length lines. We offer combination loop and stop start, stop start, continuous flying shear, temper mill with flying shear or our latest stretch level cut to length lines. Our lines also feature the advanced cassette leveler that has proven to be the best leveler in the world. Our shears with automatic knife gap adjustment have become the world standard. With more than 60 stretch levelers in our history, the next generation is logically in a cut to length line. We feature adjustable gripper centers, both metallic and non-metallic grippers, easy gripper removal, non slip grippers, adjustable grip force, and visual display of yield point.
The stretch level line is easy to operate, a quick learning curve to produce flat material that does not spring back, A stretch leveler will be designed to equalize all the stresses resulting in flat material that remains flat during further processing such as laser cutting.

The Butech Bliss hydraulic roller leveler, with it's cassette style work rolls, separate entry and exit backup roll settings, menu-driven interface of controlling flight gaps and independent drive motors, is setting new standards for leveling. Work roll cassettes allow for a "Quick-Change" that enables cassettes to be changed easily, reducing downtime and giving you more flexibility in the materials you process by replacing the need for multiple levelers.

Butech Bliss Scrap Choppers process all materials including hot aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, silicon steel and high strength alloys. They cut a full range of scrap thicknesses without the need to adjust knife gap. Each knife has four cutting edges that require no special jigs or fixtures to sharpen. They also run at line-speeds of over 3,000 feet per minute. Self threading entry chutes eliminate threading time and provide safe scrap handling. Helical cutting action is quiet (<85 dB) and results in longer knife life. The quick change head option provides fast and easy head replacement, typically in 15 minutes or less.

The Butech Bliss side trimmer offers outstanding features such as closed loop control positioning and powered lap & gap adjustment. It has a rigid design for precision cutting and alloy steel precision ground arbors. Turret style head designs are available to further reduce down time normally required for changing knives and normal head maintenance. Some other features of a Butech Bliss side trimmer include simple "toe" adjustment mechanism, powered width adjustment, driven and non-driven types and closed loop control positioning available.

Butech Bliss offers a full line of shears. From the very simple hydraulic crop shear to a high speed flying shear, we have built them all. We build drum, oscillating and rotary shears. Our direct drive shears eliminate the clutch brake maintenance and noise. We’ve combined rugged mill duty design with technically advanced features such as our patented mechanical auto gap system that adjusts knife gap without operator or control interference. Other features include kick out rolls, pinch rolls, tail pushers sample catch trays hole punches and easy knife cartridge removal system.
