Butech Bliss Manufacturing Facilities
Butech Bliss’ 400,000 sq. ft. manufacturing services facility with 200 ton crane capacity was built for
the production of Bliss Rolling Mills. Its 12 bays and 75-foot under hook crane
height have 3 erection pits and is accessed with a covered rail spur. Since 1999,
Butech has invested over $19 million dollars into the world class manufacturing facility.

Fabricating
Highly skilled welders experienced in multiple processes including deep groove welding
and hardface overlays using submerged arc and conventional methods.

Machining
We operate over 60 machining centers, large and small, manual
and CNC. We machine small repetitive parts to very large one of a kind pieces. We can machine parts up to 200 tons each and size is virtually unlimited.

Assembly
Butech Bliss has assembly technicians that fully build, wire and test new machines,
rebuild aged equipment and service equipment in the field. From very small parts to some of the largest machines built in the coil processing industry, our assemblers build the best.
