Mill Modernizations
A typical mill modernization done by Butech Bliss includes hydraulic automatic gauge
control, closed loop shape control, increase of mill power, increase of mill speed,
quick work roll change systems, redesigned entry and exit guides, hydraulic loopers
(for hot finishing mills) and new material handling schemes.
Plate Levelers
Butech Bliss hydraulic levelers for discrete plate offer ruggedness not found in most levelers. Our levelers are easy to use, extremely flexible and provide industry leading flatness improvement. Butech Bliss designs and builds cold, warm or hot levelers as required. Our levelers include independent entry and exit settings, automatic compensation for machine deflection, a self-calibrating feature, easy work roll changing, individual work roll drives, and automated recipe driven modes of operation. Hydraulic discrete plate levelers operate forward or reverse lessening material handling time and being able to multi-pass material easily.
