As an AI Intern, you will play a crucial role in investigating the development and implementation of chatbots designed to streamline and automate our internal processes. You will work closely with our internal teams to understand our policies and procedures and translate them into effective, user-friendly chatbot interactions.
The AI Intern will:
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather and understand HR policies and procedures.
- Design, develop, and test chatbots that can handle various HR-related queries and tasks.
- Ensure chatbots are user-friendly, accurate, and compliant with company policies.
- Continuously monitor and improve chatbot performance based on user feedback and analytics.
- Document chatbot development processes and create user guides for HR staff.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and chatbot technologies.
Strong candidates for this position will meet the following expectations:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong interest in AI, machine learning, and chatbot development.
- Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures is a plus.
- Familiar with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Familiar with chatbot development platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework) is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
