Our Company is seeking a high energy candidate to join our team of skilled machinists. This position is geared towards a motivated individual looking to advance their CNC machining skills. Applicants must be able to demonstrate basic machinist aptitude including the ability to: read prints, accurately use measuring tools (micrometers, indicators, calipers, etc.), and make minor adjustments to tooling and CNC code. Candidates that have 5 years or more of experience with an emphasis on CNC machining are encouraged to apply. A continuous improvement mindset is desirable where the ideal candidate is someone that frequently questions how to do things better. Prior experience with 5S or workplace organization is a plus. This position requires a sense of urgency and willingness to work overtime as needed.
