Large CNC Machinist

The Large CNC Machinist will:
- Must be able to demonstrate basic machinist aptitude including the ability to: read blueprints
- Accurately use measuring tools (micrometers, indicators, calipers, etc.)
- Make minor adjustments to tooling and CNC code
- Make frequent and complicated set-ups
- Run both CNC and manual lathes
- Run large horizontal boring mills and planer mills, both CNC and manual
Strong candidates for this position will meet the following expectations:
- 5 years or more of experience with an emphasis on CNC machining
- Prior experience with 5S or workplace organization is a plus
- Several years of experience with large diameter turning operations
- Work to close tolerances
- Willing to work overtime as needed
This position is for night shift with a $4.00 to $5.00 Shift Differential added to the base pay.
