Under an extensive growth strategy, we are looking for a Mill Turn Machinist.

 Responsibilities:

• Operate 5 axis CNC mill turn machining centers to repair and produce parts
• Set up, adjust, de-bug programs
• Inspect and measure finished products to quality specifications
• Know machine tooling and their proper speeds, feeds, and depths of cuts for material type being machine
• Comply to all safety and quality standards
• Keeping your machine clean and well maintained

Abilities/Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience setting up and operating CNC machine tools (lathes, VMCs, etc.) Mill-turn experience required.  Experience in 5S preferred.
• Blueprint reading mastery proven through years of experience with 1^st/3^rd projection angles
• Ability to use, read, interpret tape measure, micrometers calipers, depth micrometers, and bore gauges holding tolerances of .0005”
• Mechanically inclined and knowledge of “shop math”, metal properties, and the mechanics of operating a machine
• Trouble shooting and problem solving skills – good communication skills
• Ability to follow safety and quality instructions. Proper use of PPE and attend safety training application to your job position.
