Project Engineer

Butech Bliss, a world class designer and manufacturer of custom machinery for the metals industry, is seeking a well-qualified, multi-talented project engineer for the design of coil processing, rolling mill or extrusion press equipment.  This would include cut-to-length, slitting and pickle lines.  This individual would be responsible for performing engineering duties in planning and designing machines, mechanism and machine tools and in developing/understanding machinery processes.

Experience as the lead mechanical project engineer on such equipment is a must.  Ideal candidate capable of working at a high technical level enabling them to find solutions to complex engineering problems.  The ability to communicate these solutions to other engineers, designer detailers and the customer is important as well.  Project management and leadership skills are a plus.  A four year B.S. Mechanical Engineering Degree required.  AutoCAD 2010 or higher experience preferred.  3-D software experience is desirable.
