Recruitment and Training Coordinator

This position is responsible for all company recruitment and training. Successful candidate should be familiar with best practices in all areas of responsibility and have a proven record of initiating and delivering positive change in the organization. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals while performing a variety of complicated tasks.
Successful candidate will administer the recruitment efforts of the company. This individual will work with hiring managers to create and process employment ads, screen and interview candidates, and represent the company at job fairs, schools, universities, etc. The position requires creative strategies and an understanding of the changing job market.
Candidate will identify and monitor training needs in the organization, design, plan, and implement training programs. Individual must excel in the areas of communication, leadership and problem solving. The successful applicant will oversee training and development of staff, assess employees’ needs for training, and align training with company goals.
This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and/or a minimum of 4 years of experience in both recruiting and training within a manufacturing environment preferred
