Liberty Steel Selects Butech Bliss To Build Multi-Blanking (Slitting) Line
January 19, 2015 – Liberty Steel, a northeast Ohio based company, has selected Butech Bliss to engineer, design, manufacture and install a state-of-the-art multi-blanking line at its North Jackson, Ohio facility. The multiblanking line will feature entry equipment, hydraulic crop shear, hydraulic roller leveler, slitter with interchangeable heads, looping pit and direct drive shear. Installation will take place in the second quarter of 2015, with startup and training shortly after that. These additions and upgrades show Liberty Steel’s commitment to the market and the continued effort to deliver the high quality services that their customers have grown to expect.
Completed Installation Of A New Multi-Blanking Line
Liberty Steel, a top ranked service center located in northeast Ohio, held a ribbon cutting ceremony for their new Butech Bliss state-of-the-art multi-blanking line at its North Jackson, Ohio facility. The multi-blanking line features entry handling equipment, Synergy® hydraulic roller leveler, hydraulic crop shear, dual arbor scrap chopper, slitter with interchangeable heads, looping pit and direct drive shear. The ribbon cutting event also included plant tours and lunch for the 150 attendees.
